The Client & The Role

They are looking for someone stepping up from senior to AM level or someone who is already working as a manager. They offer a collaborative environment with a broad client portfolio and a successful track record within the accounting field.
The Duties
- Prepare financial statements and income tax returns for self-managed superannuation fund clients
- Liaise with various providers and statutory authorities on behalf of clients
- Process transactions for trustees, benefits transfers, contributions, and benefits payments on behalf of clients
- Ensure jobs are completed effectively by meeting technical standards and deadlines
- Ensure clients are made aware of their compliance obligations
- Liaise with their financial planning arm in relation to providing advice to their self-managed superannuation clients
- Support, manage and train more junior staff
The Applicant
- Ideally 4+ years’ experience in smsf accounting
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related fields
- CA/CPA qualification or in the process of attaining
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
